The 41-year-old added hoop earrings and pink lipstick for the TV show, which films at Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, California.
Mel donned a knitted turtleneck that showed off a hint of her torso as well as her six pack.
The Spice Girls singer chose extremely flared bottoms with a grey, black, and white pattern and pink, yellow and green accents..
The artist complimented the look with bangles, a large watch, hoop earrings and multiple diamond rings adorning her fingers.
She styled her brunette tresses back into a tight ponytail with waves.
The mother of three accented her chic TV ensemble with pink lipstick, brown eye shadow, kohl lined lids and a touch of peach hued blush on her cheeks.
The America's Got Talent judge spoke about the Spice Girls reunion tour, which will include three of the five original members: Mel, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner.
Mel gave Extra host Mario Lopez an update about it: 'We're kind of in the midst of figuring out some performances together but GEM is actually the launch of our website - we're always going to be the Spice Girls. We're not going to change that name.'
The stunning star also talked about her recent 30 pound weight loss while on the show.
She said: 'I just wanted to change up my lifestyle I wanted to be a little bit more healthy and a bit more conscious of what I'm putting in my mouth.
Following her appearance on the show, Mario shared a picture to his Instagram while posing with the starlet; he captioned it: 'My girl @OfficalMelB and her 18 inch waist came by to fill me in on the latest...#Spicy.'
