England V Poland: Five-a-Side Official FIFA Futsal opens the 1st Grassroots Football Show

LONDON / Saturday July16th at 9.30am the 1st FA's organized Grassroots Football Show 2005 will kick off at the Excel Exhibition Centre, London Docklands, with a rich and qualified program. 

The two days list of events, sponsors, speakers and lecturers are at the highest level. The keynote addresses will be given by the FA Director of Football Development Sir Trevor Brooking and by Sir Geoff Hurst, Mc Donald's Director of Football.

All youths, adults, girls and women players, coaches, team officials and referees should not miss this unique chance to get updated with new football equipment, Laws of the Game changes (The new offside interpretation will be explained by the Barclays Premiership and FIFA referees Rob Styles and Phil Sharp) and also updated coaching issues and equipment.

During the week-end an evening doubleheader exhibition match between the official FIFA FUTSAL Five-a-Side England v Poland squads will offer a demostration of why this game is so popular. 

For these Internationals, staged as part of the Grassroots Football Show, the entrance is free for spectators arriving after 4.30 pm on Saturday 16 and 4.00 pm on Sunday 17 July.

Women's football is also widely represented at the Show; a 5-a-side exhibition match between the FA Women's Premiership title holders 2005 Arsenal Ladies FC and Chelsea Ladies FC will KO at 11.00am on Sunday.
